It is used by over 800 of the world’s mobile operators, governments and regulators, device and software vendors, equipment manufacturers, financial and consultancy firms.
GSMA Intelligence is operated by GSMA Advisory Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the GSM Association, with its principal office at 1 Angel Lane, London, United Kingdom, EC4R 3AB (“we“, “our” or “us“) and "you” and “your” means you as a registered or unregistered user who may access this Website in accordance with these Terms of Use.
By accessing and browsing this Website, or by submitting a request to register for an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use“), the GSMA Privacy Policy, and any pop-ups, copyright notices, or warnings on this Website.
Complimentary Access and Subscriptions
Complimentary access to selected GSMA Intelligence dashboards and research is available by registering for a public account and supplying a recognised company or institutional email address. Public account registrations include a subscription to informative email updates with research and other product launches. Full unrestricted access to all datasets, tools and research is available by subscription.
Corporate Subscription Agreements
If your company has an existing subscription, or if your company is a GSMA member, your account may be upgraded (if eligible) when you register using your corporate email address. You must keep (i) your email address up to date and (ii) your company informed. You must not access the Website using a corporate subscription unless you are authorised by your company to do so.
If your account is upgraded under your company’s subscription, your use of the GSMA Intelligence platform will be subject to your company’s subscription or license agreement (“Subscription Agreement”), on whose behalf you are accessing GSMA Intelligence services. To the extent of any conflict, the terms of your company’s Subscription Agreement will prevail over these Terms of Use.
Use of GSMA Intelligence Material
You may use, access, view, reproduce and print the content on this Website for your internal informational purposes, provided that:
- When using any GSMA Intelligence materials, all portions of text must identify “GSMA Intelligence” as the source.
- All citations must be accurate, quoted verbatim, and/or duplicated without being manipulated, adapted, paraphrased or summarised and they must not be used out of context.
- Quotes or extracts must not endorse a service or product of any organisation, or criticise a third party’s product or service, or be used to play one third party off against another.

- GSMA Intelligence’s research is proprietary to GSMA and subject to copyright and intellectual property protections. Accessing GSMA Intelligence
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the Website to any entity or individual. Only you, personally, as the authorised registered user, are authorised to access this Website through your account. We may withdraw, suspend, amend or restrict any part or all of this Website without notice or liability. Access to this Website is dependent upon availability of the worldwide web and it is possible that the Website may not be available at any given time for any reason. We will take reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of interruption to the Website where known. However, where the Website is unavailable for any reason beyond the reasonable control of GSMA, we shall have no liability to you. Access to materials through your company’s subscription will cease upon termination, expiry, or suspension of your company’s Subscription Agreement. You must cease accessing the Website using your company subscription and company email address once you leave the company.
We may revoke your access to this Website for any violation of these Terms of Use, including, but not limited to:
- The sharing with a third party of passwords or other Website access information;
- The unauthorised commercial distribution of any GSMA Intelligence materials content in either its original or a repackaged form; and
- The continued usage of the Website or GSMA Intelligence Materials by former employees of a company.
