Facundo is a specialist in financial modeling, strategic business planning, spectrum valuation and assignment, with expertise in impact assessment studies on new regulatory initiatives, comparative legislation projects, and the implementation of international best practices. Before joining GSMA Intelligence, Facundo worked as an ICT expert for more than 10 years, providing his support to the public sector, non-governmental organizations and consulting firms. He holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Argentina) and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad de San Andrés (Argentina).
