Frank is the Lead Analyst, Primary Research at GSMA Intelligence. In his role, he looks after all primary research projects across GSMAi, whilst also supporting other GSMA stakeholders. Frank has over 20 years’ experience working for various telecommunications operators, most recently leading the Market and Competitor Intelligence function at Sky UK, covering the Pay TV, Broadband, Mobile and smart home insurance sector. Prior to Sky, Frank worked at IoT Smart Home company Hive, where he set up the market and competitor intelligence function, as part of the wider Insight team. During a 17 year career at BT Group, he held several research and analyst functions covering a diverse range of sectors from Government to Enterprise and Consumer.
