Mobile Network Coverage Data
At GSMA Intelligence, we provide authoritative and comprehensive mobile network coverage data sourced directly from Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) worldwide. This unique position enables us to offer unparalleled insights into network availability across the globe.

Where our data comes from
From network operators
Our coverage maps are built using data submitted directly to the GSMA by MNOs, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
Collected over many years
Since 2010, we have compiled annual network coverage data, offering a valuable historical perspective on mobile network expansion.
Enhanced with open-source data
To enrich our coverage insights, we integrate an open-source dataset that interpolates cell tower locations, providing additional coverage layers.
Interactive coverage map
Hosted on gsma.com
You can explore the latest network coverage data submitted by GSMA members through our interactive coverage map—simply select a country from the dropdown menu to view available network operators and see their coverage areas highlighted on the map.
