Cesar has over 30 years' experience in TMT. Prior to joining GSMA Intelligence, he worked for Vodafone, focusing on enterprise IoT competitor and market analysis and technology strategy for nearly 8 years, after spending over a decade with various industry analyst companies, including Ovum (now part of Omdia) and Analysys Mason, specialising primarily in consumer multi-play services. Prior to this, Cesar worked for telecoms operator BT for 14 years, where he held a range of positions, spending his final years there as a Market / Competitor Analyst."
